This textbook is relevant to anyone working in the construction industry that deals with contracts and plans/specifications.Everyone from the owner, the engineer, to the contractor can take something away from this text. I used this book as part of a graduate course in construction engineering. This text is very accessible to anyone with experience in engineering and construction. It covers contract aspects of engineering and construction.If I had stumbled upon this book outside of my course, I would have happily read this from front to back. I found myself reading ahead of the syllabus out of pure interest in the subject.I highly recommend this to anyone that has any interest in contracts and construction.

I'ts my opinion that this book is really interesting and useful.Actually I'm finishing the master degree on industrial engineering and I would underline the importance of considering the different perspectives affecting the deployment of industrial projects.The topic treated refers to the legal aspects of contracting in the field of construction.The strength of the present book is the structure and the clearance in explaining the legal aspects of the construction industry. The main weakness is that only considers the American Market.

Wish there was a study guide. Had this text for construction class.

Great foundation for understanding construction contracts and law. Good for beginners, maybe not for more veteran contractors. Gives good insight and plenty of examples.

I am taking a summer course and this is my textbook for the course. Since I ordered after class was started, I was desperately looking for the delivery. I received it exactly in one week with standard delivery. The condition of the book is also amazing. It was marked as "used" but I don't think it was used. It is like new. Thank you!!

I got all of my rentals at the midpoint of my expected arrival date. Thank you very much.I am not sure if I like the books because I have not completed the classes. But I would definitely rent from this place again.
